You can use the form below to request a preliminary consultation. These consultations allow me to assess whether I might be the right fit for your legal needs. They also allow you to get comfortable with me as an attorney and decide whether you want to move forward with the representation.

Preliminary consultation is by e-mail only. Due to the nature of my practice and the volume of inquiries that I receive, I prefer to limit my phone access to scheduled times.

While I am available to my existing clients by phone and videoconference, I do not accept live phone calls from potential clients or others looking for legal information. I find that the asynchronous nature of e-mail communication is a better fit for preliminary consultations.
