As we branch into new geographic locations, we are looking for entrepreneurial attorneys to help us grow. The ideal candidate will be an attorney who wants to start his or her own practice, but also wants the marketing, branding, collaboration, and support systems of a traditional law firm.
The candidate must also share our three core commitments:
- Up-front, flat fee pricing models that focus on the value provided to our clients;
- Prompt (same day) communication with clients and potential clients; and
- Simplicity in the communication and delivery of legal services.
We might be a good fit if:
- You have an entrepreneurial and creative approach to the practice of law.
- You are comfortable with technology and can learn to use it to streamline the provision of legal service.
- You want to practice law without being tied to a 9 to 6 in a traditional office setting.
- You are an associate seeking to break out of the traditional, top-down law firm setting to start your own practice.
- You are a solo practitioner who could use more work, wants the benefit of an establish brand, and would like to be able to focus on practicing law without the burdens of marketing and office administration.
We might not be a good fit if:
- You have trouble thinking outside the box.
- You are not comfortable with technology.
- You are not responsive to client’s needs.
- You are looking for a traditional law associate/partner compensation track.
- You have no interest in trust and estate law.
