What We Do
Our attorneys provide estate planning and assist personal representatives (executors, administrators, trustees) with probate and succession matters throughout Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, and Florida. Our goal is to provide quality, focused representation in the area of probate and estate planning. We offer value billing and free initial telephone consultations in most uncontested probate and estate planning matters. In limited circumstances, we also represent heirs, executors, and administrators in simple or complex trust and estate conflict resolution and litigation.
Who We Serve
Our attorneys help clients from across the United States with estate planning and probate/succession matters. While many of our clients are local, a significant number of our clients do not reside in Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, or Florida.
- Probate, Succession, and Estate Administration - For probate, succession, or estate administration, the location of the client isn’t as important as the location of the estate. If the estate will be opened in Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, or Florida, we can help.
- Estate Planning Matters – For estate planning matters, most of our clients have some connection to Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, or Florida. Our clients come from all walks of life, with estates ranging from very modest to extremely wealthy.
